This well-established IT company in Cheltenham, has been providing support to businesses from Gloucestershire and beyond for more than 18 years. The business is looking for a 1st Line Technical Support Technician to provide exceptional levels of service to their clients. Working in a small, friendly team you will be a pivotal part of customer satisfaction and business growth.
Offering essential customer support in a fast-paced environment, where your attention to detail and commendable interpersonal skills will guarantee customer satisfaction is your primary responsibility. Further responsibilities will include but is not limited to answering and dealing with 1st Line Support Calls, raising tickets and updating the ticket system, follow up calls to clients, stock allocation, etc.
In addition to these activities, you will be required to manage client expectations and communicate all concerns to senior members of the support team.
The ideal candidate must have a personal interest in IT and be able to demonstrate a good level of IT knowledge. To be successful in this role, candidates must be reliable, punctual, possess excellent customer service and communication skills, and customer facing skills.
