Our client, an independent Gloucester based IT business is looking for a 1st Line Customer Support Executive on a permanent basis to start as soon as possible.

*FULL TIME AND 30 HOUR A WEEK OPTIONS CONSIDERED!

Based in a small and friendly team the post-holder will be responsible for answering a variety of calls from a variety of businesses, resolving issues and escalating where necessary.

The individual will also be raising tickets to ensure tasks are shown as completed or outstanding and will be looking for ways to improve the service. Additionally, you will be visiting clients locally to identify business needs.

We are looking for ether an experienced customer service professional who is looking for a stable and long term role with a friendly, local business and reduced hours across five days will be considered.

Alternatively we will consider ambitious and technical candidates with some customer service experience who are looking for rewarding and challenging full time role within an exciting business.

All candidates will need to demonstrate a commitment to high levels of service, attention to detail, strong organisational abilities and a very high work ethic.

A clean UK driving license is essential to be considered for this role although a pool car is provided for client meetings.
