Our client located in Oxford, a well-established and respected IT Support business, is looking for a self-motivated and ambitious 1st Line Engineer to join their existing team of talented individuals. They are experiencing tremendous growth, which has prompted the need to expand their technical support team, recruiting individuals who are capable of delivering exceptional customer service and technical support. Working as part of a wider team, you will provide 1st line support for Microsoft desktop and server products, Office 365, TCP/IP, WAN/LAN setup activities, cyber security products, etc.
To be considered for this role, candidates must ideally have an up to date MCP qualification with some industry experience. Your exceptional communication skills will compliment your meticulous attention to detail, strong work etchic, and excellent customer service skills.
