Our client located in Oxford, a well-established and respected IT Support business, is looking for a highly motivated 2nd Line Engineer to join their existing team of talented individuals. They are experiencing tremendous growth, which has prompted the need to expand their technical support team, recruiting individuals who are capable of delivering exceptional customer service and technical support. Working as part of a wider team, you will provide support for Microsoft desktop and server products, Office 365, TCP/IP, WAN/LAN setup activities, cyber security products, etc.
To be considered for this role, candidates must have previous experience in a similar role and be able to demonstrate their desire to learn new skills and progress their career. Your strong communication skills will compliment your meticulous attention to detail, strong work etchic, and excellent customer service skills.
