2nd Line Technical Support Engineer

Our client, a well-established and growing business is looking for an ambitious 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to join their talented team.
Working as a member of the technical support team, you will provide a robust incident management response service to a broad range of national customers, proactively support and maintain clients I.T systems to minimise downtime and loss of productivity. This could be done remotely or onsite. Supporting your manager, you will serve as an escalation point for junior engineers and will be responsible for ensuring all information on clients are recorded accurately and in a timely fashion.
We are looking for a technical individual who has experience of working with O365 and a general windows based infrastructure. You will be very detail orientated, understanding how vital recording correct information is and will be able to speak to a mainly regional and UK based audience clearly and professionally.
You will be self motivated, hardworking and very customer driven and have demonstrable experience in 2nd line support.
Experience of working in an MSP environment is preferred but not essential.
