Our client located in Oxford, a well-established and respected IT Support business, is looking for a highly motivated 3rd Line Engineer to join their team on a full time permanent basis. They are experiencing tremendous growth, which has prompted the need to expand their technical support and project teams, recruiting individuals who are capable of delivering exceptional customer service and technical support. Working as part of a wider project team you will carry out client visits to drive efficiency through a proactive approach to minimise downtime. In addition to this, you will serve as an escalation point for 1st & 2nd Line Engineers providing support for Microsoft desktop and server products, Office 365, TCP/IP, WAN/LAN setup activities, cyber security products, etc.
To be considered for this role, candidates must have previous experience in a similar role and be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills. Your proven communication skills will compliment your meticulous attention to detail, strong work ethic, and excellent customer service skills. Candidates with previous experience in an MSP environment will be looked upon favourably.
