Our client, based in Exeter and with a national client base are currently looking for an experienced customer service professional to join their growing team. This new role has been created due to growth and you will report to the Customer Services Manager who has been with the business for numerous years and is someone who is supportive, friendly and committed to providing only the best customer service to their client base.
You will be allocated a number of accounts to develop and oversee. Through regular contact via telephone/video calls/email and understanding their clients, you will drive customer satisfaction and retention. Equally, customers will be contacting you with non-sales related enquiries and so it is vital they are supported adequately and activity is monitored to ensure the customer always gets the best outcome.
Our client offers a great degree of flexibility and currently envisages this role being based in their Exeter HQ around 2-3 days a week but is very open, depending on your circumstances and whilst initially, this role will be very much office based, as you develop into the role, they would certainly look at a hybrid office/WFH model.
We are looking for a candidate with proven customer service and account management experience, ideally but not essentially in the Tech or Communications industries but having the appropriate attitude towards customer care, retention and growth is more important than quick wins. You will need to be detail orientated, process focused and resilient to be successful in this role.
