Our client, with modern and high specification offices near Gloucester, is looking for an Accounts Assistant to start as soon as possible on a permanent, full time basis.
Undertaking duties such as sales and purchase ledger, assisting in VAT and raising of purchase orders, the postholder will report to the Finance Director.
In addition you will be liaising with various internal and external parties so a fair amount of telephone based communication is required.
We are looking for an individual who can work at a fast pace as the volume of work is high. Excellent attention to detail is also required as is a cheerful and helpful disposition.
Due to the location of the client is would be useful to have access to your own vehicle.
Our preferred candidate will have AAT and some proven experience working in an account or finance team although this isn’t essential.
