Our client, a national organisation in Cheltenham is looking for Admin Assistant to join their small, Cheltenham based team on a full time basis. Your duties and responsibilities would include; general admin tasks, taking calls, assisting the finance department with invoicing, assisting with the management of logistics, processing orders and help with the development of in house systems and processes.
We are looking for an individual with good computer skills, able to use excel and outlook. You will also have good attention to detail, an excellent telephone manner and ability to communicate well with others at all business levels. You are confident working independently with great organisational skills. Additionally you will be able to prioritise your workload to meet tight deadlines and be able to ask questions to get into the crux of the matter.
