Our client, a well-respected and established organisation based in Gloucester is looking for Administrative Assistant to join their vibrant team on a full time basis. Your duties and responsibilities would include; data entry, answering the phone, providing good customer service, responding to email enquiries, processing adverts, using bespoke systems and ad hoc administrative duties as required.
We are looking for an individual with good computer skills, able to use excel and outlook and able to pick up bespoke systems quickly. You will also have good attention to detail, and an excellent telephone manner and ability to communicate well with others at all business levels. Additionally you will be able to prioritise your workload to meet tight deadlines and be able to ask questions to get into the crux of the matter.
