Hooray is proud to be supporting a specialist provider of Education to young adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. My client, an Ofsted rated “Outstanding” provider are looking for an Administrator to join their team on a 12-month fixed term contract (Maternity Cover).
As an Administrator you will form part of the Administration team supporting all areas of the college. You will liaise with the central recruitment team to ensure prompt action of all recruitment and staff onboarding, oversee, and support the administration of new staff, including creating new personnel files and inputting date onto the internal HR database.
In addition to this, you will also liaise with the central functions to answer any questions relating to PAYE, SSP, SMP and Pensions and supporting the central L&D and SLT teams.
To be successful as an Administrator you will need to have demonstrable experience of working in an administrative role, ideally including HR and Payroll. You will have excellent attention to detail and an ability to manage workload and prioritise effectively.
My client is offering a salary up to £21,500 for this position.
