Our client is a leading hotel and leisure business who are looking to recruit a Bookings Administrator to support the Reservations team. You will process reservations directly and via third parties, respond to customer email enquiries and make outbound calls to guests to confirm reservations – all to the highest professional manor. The Booking Administrator role is a Monday – Friday role and is offered on a full-time basis but they may consider part-time applicants (3 full days / week)
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, verbal and written, is able to work at pace. In addition, you will be customer-focused and enjoy providing a high quality service – you will always put the customer first. You’ll be PC and web literate, have excellent attention to detail and will have experience of working in a customer service / sales-based role previously.
Training will be provided, and ongoing career opportunities will exist as the company look to build the team in this area
