Our client, a hugely successful global market leader experiencing impressive growth year on year, is looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst with Payroll exposure to join their HQ in central Cheltenham.

Taking on the responsibility for requirements gathering and technical analysis functions, the role will see you liaising with business partners, clients and statutory bodies to identify system changes arising from new projects and on-going system updates/improvements. You will also be producing business systems requirements specifications which clearly set out how business requirements should be translated into system changes and enhancements.

Our ideal candidate will have extensive experience of producing specifications for financial systems, preferably in software as a service environment. You will be driven with excellent people skills being able to build strong relationships at ease with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
