Here at Hooray we have partnered with a prestigious Domiciliary Care provider who are experiencing an increase in services. In order for the development to continue, we are searching for an experienced Care Co-ordinator / Administrator to join the business.

If you are passionate about delivering the highest quality of care, thrive on managing rota’s to an impeccable standard and adhere to building relationships with your Carer’s to ensure commitment and reliability, then this is the role for you.

You will manage the day to day coordination of the Care team within the community, ensuring sufficient travel time between appointments. You will assist with the continued recruitment throughout the company working very closely with the Registered Manager.

You will liaise with partner professionals and organisations (eg. Social Workers, GP’s & Nurses).

This is a full-time permanent position, with excellent professional development ensuring staff meet their full potential.

Please note this role is Monday – Friday working with an element of On-Call responsibilities as required.

We are offering an excellent salary of £21,000 – £24,000 per annum. Due to the nature of the role, they are unable to offer remote working. Full details of the client will be shared with candidates shortlisted by Hooray.
