Our client, based in the Cotswolds town of Cheltenham, is looking for a Case Manager to join their team on a full time and permanent basis.
The role will be reporting to the Sales Manager and will involve long conversations on the phone, extracting information from customers and processing their application as you speak to them. This role will include asking detailed medical questions as part of the process and therefore will require sensitivity, as well as ensuring that the information is taken correctly and submitted compliantly. There will be processing and data entry, as well as third party contact, including speaking with doctor surgeries to confirm medical background and other organisations.
Our ideal candidate will have some experience within an admin/ data entry role, with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A background in a regulated/ compliance background is desirable, however full training will be provided. We are looking for someone with a high degree of emotional intelligence and empathy due to the nature of the questions involved.
