As a HR Project Lead, you will be identifying and tracking key milestones as HR projects progress. Utilising both your HR and Project Management backgrounds, you will implement best practice and frameworks into projects, working closely with other teams across the business. You will be required to communicate with and update key stakeholders, drawing on your experience and knowledge to find solutions to keep projects moving forwards.

Coming from an HR and project management background, the HR Project Lead will have a hands-on, practical understanding of sound HR processes. You will have experience using a variety of HR systems, with system implementation being a definite advantage to your application. You will be able to implement and encourage HR best practice across all aspects of the role. The successful person will play an integral part in ensuring the management, analysis and communication of key people data and management information.

You will need a keen understanding of project management disciplines, supported by a formal project management qualification alongside your CIPD certificates. This position will involve working with different people and teams to deliver the end result, so you will need to be confident working with others and know when to compromise and when to be assertive and make appropriate recommendations. Data analysis, interpretation and reporting will be integral skills to this role.
