Client Services Executive

Our client, a growing and entrepreneurial business, who has recently won some high profile clients, is looking for a Client Services Executive on a permanent basis.
Please note this is a full time role and the successful candidate will be working Monday to Friday in an office.
Communicating by email and over the phone the post holder will be responsible for explaining the businesses product to clients, talking them through how to maximise the product and demonstrating its use using video calling as well as the telephone.
Your will be the first point of contact for clients and will be often translating relatively technical information into ‘layman’s terms’ to clients who are all busy sales professionals. Keeping accurate records, and updating a high quality database are also part of this busy role.
We are looking for a positive, friendly, patient and highly professional client services individual who has either extensive office based customer service experience, or a graduate calibre individual with some proven professional client services experience.
The successful candidate will be confident, have a degree of technical competence, very strong attention to detail and be professionally presented.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for the role as well as being able to deal with changes in client requirements.
