Customer Engagement Specialist

Our client, an exciting and multi-faceted professional services business is looking for a full time Customer Engagement Specialist to start with them on a permanent basis. You will be reporting to the Office Manager and working within a small and friendly team.
The role is varied with and includes maintaining the reception area and ensuring that cleanliness and presentation of the office is of the highest standard, taking phone calls and appropriately directing calls, welcoming and meeting with clients, and maintaining excellent professional relationships with existing and prospective clients. Administrative duties will include booking appointments, processing payments, some basic budget management, maintaining client files, setting up basic IT equipment, in addition you must be able to attend events and complete ad hoc administrative duties as required.
We are looking for an energetic, flexible and self-motivated individual who is passionate about delivering outstanding levels of customer service. Our ideal candidate will be highly organised and efficient with strong administrative skills, strong attention to detail and who has a basic grasp of technology.
Due to the travel responsibilities within this role it is essential you have your own vehicle and driving licence.
