Customer Service Administrator
Do you have proven administration and customer service experience? Have you got strong data entry skills? Would you like to work for a national, reputable organisation?

Working within a busy sales team, the main responsibilities for the Customer Service Administrator will be processing sales orders, dealing with customer queries, liaising with suppliers / logistics team and ensuring an efficient and effective customer service experience through good practices and processes.
This will be a busy role with orders coming into their HQ by email, fax and telephone. These orders are then entered onto the company database / system and the orders will need a level of interpretation to decide which of their various sites the order will be delivered from.
This role is very rewarding and you’ll be working for a dynamic, successful and growing organisation with a strong emphasis on providing a great place to work.
Please note that free parking is available onsite. The basic working hours are 37.5 per week, from 8.30am to 5.00pm with a 1 hour lunch break.
