Customer Service Advisor

Our client in central Cheltenham, who offers a competitive holiday allowance, flexible working, and an innovative and inclusive working environment, is looking for Customer Service Advisors to take in-bound calls and be a first point of contact for emails and live chat users.
Working in a friendly team, as a Customer Service Advisor, you will be working to resolve any technical or operational difficulties or questions users may have and ensuring any issues that cannot be resolved are escalated to the appropriate team in a timely manner.
In addition to providing excellent customer service, you will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, an ability to work well under pressure as well as up to date IT knowledge.
We are looking for confident and positive individuals who like having conversations with customers, someone who is self-motivated and resilient, with a willingness to learn and bridge any knowledge gaps.
In addition, our ideal candidate will be diplomatic with excellent time management skills and an ability to prioritise tasks by importance.
