Our client, an award-winning business, with enviable credentials, benefits, and career progression opportunities, is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to start in January.

This is a full-time role working standard office hours with very occasional weekend work.

Based in friendly and high specification offices in Stroud with some homeworking on offer, the individual will be making a mixture of inbound and outbound calls and will take ownership of individual enquiries from start to finish.

Using an in-house database, the Customer Service Advisor will be asking probing questions to ensure they are resolving customer queries in a timely and efficient manner and escalating to more senior members of the team where necessary.

Working in accordance with service level agreements, the Customer Service Advisor will be recording information accurately and in accordance with GDPR.

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable individual with a high work ethic who has demonstrable customer service skills in either a call centre, retail, or a hospitality environment.

The ideal candidate will be helpful, articulate, and passionate about providing the best level of customer service they can.

In addition, you will have sound administrative capabilities as well as a commitment to seeing through customer incidences through from start to finish.
