Customer Service Advisor

Our client, based in the South West of England are looking for fully remote Customer Service Advisors to add to their busy team.
All interviews, induction and training will be conducted on line and there will be no need to visit the offices, however all prospective candidates will need to be UK based and have the relevant right to work.
Please note this is a full time role only and individuals will need to be available for core day time office hours.
Working on day time shifts only the earliest being 8am – 4:30pm and the latest 10am – 6:30pm you will also be required to work one day at the weekend. The role is very fast paced and you will be speaking to a high volume of customers, many of whom are in situations where a quick answer and reaction is needed. All calls are inbound and will vary in nature. Any calls of a complex nature will be escalated, however the successful candidate will providing advice, guidance and understanding. In addition, you will be updating the information on a database upholding high quality compliance and customer information.
We are looking for individuals with proven, telephone based customer service experience, ideally who have worked in a contact centre environment who are used to very busy in-bound customer service based roles.
Our ideal candidate will be clearly spoken, confident, articulate, empathic and also have strong I.T skills and very good attention to detail. You will need to be friendly, bright and confident and understand the importance of delivering excellent customer service. Being a good listener is essential to be successful in this role!
