Customer Service Consultant

Our client is a leading hotel and leisure business who are looking to recruit people for their new and expanding Reservations team. This is a varied role and will involve interacting with customers who are looking to book holidays, breaks, treatments, etc. This team are the first point of contact for new enquiries, and it is therefore key that you are able to make a good first impression when liaising with customers. You will respond to emails and inbound calls but will also make outbound calls to customers to assist with bookings and to advise on other services – spa, restaurant etc.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills – verbal and written. In addition you will be customer-focused and enjoy providing a high quality service, You’ll be PC and web literate, have excellent attention to detail and will have experience of working in a customer service / sales based role previously.
Training will be provided, and ongoing career opportunities will exist as this business look to build their team in the area.

Whilst this is a full-time role, the client is open to part-time applications.
