Customer Service Coordinator

Our client, an independent property business both in sales and lettings is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to start on a fixed term contract basis as soon as possible.
Working in a busy and fast paced team, the post-holder will be the first point of contact for the office and be dealing with and solving queries where possible.
In addition, you will be taking feedback from buyers or prospect tenants, updating the system accordingly and booking in valuations and property visits.
There will also be an element of upselling and cross selling in this role.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, articulate and proactive individual with good written and verbal communication skills.
You will have an interest in property or some experience in it and the salary offered will be reflective of your level of experience within the sector.
The successful candidate will be inquisitive and confident when dealing with customers to ensure they remain positive and engaged.
