Hooray are proud to be exclusively recruiting for a Data Coordinator on behalf of a local educational established based in Gloucester. As a Data Coordinator you will act as the link between the administration and finance teams as well as employers. Acting as the first point of contact for queries relating to invoicing and funding.
You will lead on the process of invoicing, work alongside the admin team to ensure data mismatches are resolved and work with the finance team to ensure payments are recorded in a timely manner. You will be able to identify improvements and implement changes alongside the data manager.
To be successful you will have previous experience of working within an admin or finance department, have experience of data management and analysis and have excellent IT skills, particularly Excel. It is essential you are able to use Pivot Tables, IF statements etc.
My client is offering an excellent salary up to £27,500 per annum for this opportunity. Please note, this is a 2-year fixed term contract.
