Our client, an established local hotel in Oxfordshire is looking for a professional and experienced individual to join their team.
The Deputy Manager will report to the Hotel Manager and will ideally be locally based and passionate about the hospitality industry. The role is shift based working in a hotel in Oxfordshire, and candidates will need to be able to demonstrate a prior understanding of the role from experience in a similar position.
Representing the hotel in a management capacity carries with it responsibilities for overseeing staff in reception, reservations, food and beverage and front of house. Ensuring guests receive a warm welcome and are treated with the utmost of care during their stay is at the forefront of this role.
We are looking for a highly professional and experienced individual who can demonstrate a strong understanding of the trade and ability to supervise, motivate, train and lead the team.
Our ideal candidate will have had experience in a hotel management position previously, and be looking for a new role in the local area. They will also understand the key to any successful service driven business is providing exceptional customer service.
Attention to detail, passion for the industry and a focus on customer service are essential requirements for this role. Ambition and the ability to recognise the strength in others, co-ordinating the team and showing forward thinking capabilities are also key.
