Our client is a highly regarded Law firm with several offices in the region who are looking to add an IT Support Consultant to their team. Based in Warwickshire this hybrid role (3 days office and 2 remote) is a new role in the business and has come about as the company continue to experience growth in their key areas.
Working in a team of 5 you will provide a mixture of 1st Line & 2nd Line. This will include resolving IT queries via email, phone or in person as well as undertaking continued IT systems and software maintenance and testing to optimise IT performance across the offices. You will also liaise with internal and external stakeholders on hardware, software and communications issues making recommendations to enhance performance and prepare training manuals.
You will possess excellent people and communication skills and therefore should have experience of working in a role which offered both previous face-face and telephone based IT support to customers. You will have worked in an ITIL environment previously and possess strong experience of Microsoft products, You will have Windows 10 and Office 365 experience as a minimum and previous Help Desk experience is essential. In addition any knowledge of  MS Server 2016/ 2019, MS Exchange 2016 / SQL Server, Windows Server Admin, VM Ware and Networking
