Our client is a leading hotel and spa group with a reputation for providing luxurious country retreats for relaxing, socialising and celebrating. They continually look to raise standards across all venues and facilities and as such are now looking for Duty Managers with strong Operational skills to help drive standards across the various departments within the hotel.
You will have an eye for detail be strong at foreseeing challenges and implementing solutions and will ensure that all areas of the hotel are operating smoothly, and that consistently high standards are met and exceeded ensuring customer satisfaction.
You may have experience in F&B, Front of house, Spa, Accommodation etc or across all areas but above all you will be capable of forward planning and problem resolution. You will also have experience of Health & Safety protocols and closing procedures for the spa and the bar and will ensure that the cash and floats are locked securely.
You must have a clear working knowledge and understanding of the hospitality sector and be able to demonstrate previous experience of working in a similar operational or duty manager role. You should have excellent communication skills and therefore an ability to deal with internal and external stakeholders confidently.
