Our client, a well-established business based on the outskirts of Cirencester is looking for an enthusiastic receptionist to join their small and friendly team on an ongoing temporary basis in the morning Monday to Saturday, 7:00am – 3:00pm with some flexibility. Your role would include greeting visitors, responding to email correspondence, answering the telephone, booking in clients, taking messages whilst signposting as appropriate, and ad hoc administrative duties as required.
We are looking for an individual with excellent communication and administrative skills and a positive outlook, who would be able to use Outlook and a bespoke booking system. You will also be able to pick up a reception role quickly and show dedication and enthusiasm for the role. Additionally, you will also have a vehicle and full licence as the location of this role is not accessible via public transport.
In return you will obtain a valuable experience in hospitality where you will be fully supported by management in an exciting environment.
