Our client our a Healthcare charity based in the Cotswold District. This is an exciting time for the charity as they are experiencing a period of growth.
We are looking to recruit a Finance Assistant on a permanent part-time basis to assist the Finance Manager in the running of the finance function.
You will manage the purchase ledger function, including relevant approval of invoices received and producing suggested payment reports.
You will also oversee the management of the Sales Ledger, including raising invoices and ensuring sufficient supporting paperwork is accurate and held on file.
Due to the varied nature of the role, the successful candidate will have experience in a range of functions including, but not limited to; Bookkeeping, banking, purchase and sales ledger.
Ideally you will have experience of working within a charitable organisation.
The Charity operate a cloud based accounting package so experience within a cloud based system would be advantageous. Although, full training will be provided.
Our client is offering a hourly rate of £11.28 per hour working between 16-20 hours a week.
