Part Time Finance Assistant

Our client, a successful charitable organisation is looking for a Finance Assistant to join their welcoming and small team based in central Cheltenham. Your duties and responsibilities will include raising invoices, bank reconciliation, liaising with clients, chasing payments, dealing with petty cash, client account reconciliation, filing, reporting and ad hoc administrative duties as required.
We are looking for a candidate with demonstrable credit control experience, knowledge of accounting packages and Excel, an ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines with a good eye for detail along with good rapport-building skills. Additionally, you will be an empathetic and supportive team player who is able to work on your own initiative.
