Our client, a successful charitable organisation is looking for a Finance Manager to join their welcoming and small team based in central Cheltenham. The role will include focussing on the purchase ledger, taking responsibility for verifying, processing and payment of invoices, managing a small team, liaising with clients, resolving all client issues, overseeing petty cash and expenses, bank reconciliation, reporting and ad hoc administrative duties as required.
We are looking for a candidate with extensive knowledge of purchase ledger, experience in supervising a team, knowledge of accounting packages and Excel, a proactive individual with an ability to prioritise workload and a good eye for detail along with strong relationship-building skills. Our ideal candidate will have an accountancy qualification, and previous experience in a similar role.
