Hooray are proud to be exclusively supporting a local charity to assist in the recruitment for a Fundraising Administrator. My client specialises in providing support to children who have been bereaved, offering children & young people the support they need, when they need it.
As a Fundraising Administrator you will be an integral member of the Fundraising team, providing exception customer service and completing administrative tasks. This is a busy and varied role, you will carry out administrative activities including data entry, thanking donors, managing our fundraising inbox, and ensuring our supporters receive the best possible service.
To be successful you will have excellent administrative skills, be organised and able to deliver outstanding customer service. My client uses Salesforce therefore, experience in using this is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
This is a permanent position working part-time (24 hours a week) across a minimum of 4 days. They are offering a blended working, with visits to the office at least once a week. My client is offering a salary of £18,500 – £19,000 per annum (pro rata).
