Hooray are proud to be supporting a long-standing client to assist in the recruitment for Healthcare Assistants to join to their team and continue the growth of the organisation.
As a Healthcare Assistant, your role is to provide care to clients in the community. You will be trained to carry out specialist tasks and techniques, as well as training and inducting new care workers.
In addition, you will undertake introductory visits where the supervisor is unable to do them, or there is a timing clash of visits. You will also conduct spot checks and quality assurance work, collating information and documentation from client’s homes and report back to the supervisor.
To be successful, you will have the right aptitude to progress and put people first. You will be self-motivated and well organised, be flexible in your approach and show high levels of conduct and professionalism. Alongside this, you will be a caring, sensitive, and supportive individual, be able to use your own initiative and have excellent recording and reporting skills.
My client is offering an excellent salary of £21,500 per annum DOE. In return, you will you work 3 long days, presenting a great work life balance. Due to the nature of the role, you will be expected to work every other weekend.
