Hooray is proud to be supporting a private organisation in Stroud to assist in the recruitment for a Coordinator to join their team.
As a Coordinator you will run the house, be responsible for staff rotas, running shifts, conducting supervisions, auditing the service on a weekly basis as well as ensuring all care documents are maintained to a high standard.
As a Coordinator you will run a 7-bed residential home based in Stroud, supporting adults with mild to moderate learning disabilities, autism, and mental health. This is a settled home, with a long-standing staff team.
To be successful you will need to have previous experience of working within a residential home, ideally supporting people with learning disabilities however, this is not essential. This is a full time, permanent position, 37.5 hours a week, where you will work on shift as well as being office based (at least one early and late shift a week).
The home operates a 2-week rolling rota.
In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £20,900 per annum, with additional increments for weekly working and a generous sleep-in allowance.
