Hooray are proud to be supporting a local domiciliary care provider to assist in the recruitment for a Team Leader. My client is an independent, privately owned company with extensive knowledge of domiciliary care in Gloucestershire. They are currently rated ‘Good’ in all areas with the CQC.
The duties of this role will be to manage the folder / paperwork at a service user’s house, to support new domiciliary care staff in their shadowing and job training, mentor new staff and existing staff and support the Care Supervisor in the management of the care team. Alongside this, you will be setting rota patterns, to work around family commitments. This role includes early mornings, and evening shifts as well as weekend and bank holiday working. You will be working as part of the ‘on call team’, working one week a month, on a rota basis. This role will be office field split, 70% field and 30% office.
You must hold a full UK driving licence and own transport is essential for this role as it requires travel between visits and to the office.
My client is offering £18,720 plus on call additional payments and mileage payments.
