Hooray are proud to be exclusively recruiting for a Housing Officer on behalf of an established local charity to provide safe accommodation for those in their support.
As a Housing Officer you will ensure the 9 safe houses are set up and able to meet the needs of those with protected characteristics, and male victims. You will also ensure the day-to-day operation and management of the services as well as the general maintenance of the accommodation.
As the Housing Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the accommodation is set up, furnished and the residents receive a warm welcoming and all relevant paperwork, including health and safety information is complete and available.
To be successful as a Housing Officer you will have a proven track record of housing/ accommodation management, be experienced in working with vulnerable people and have an excellent understanding of the statutory and legal frameworks associated with this area of work.
My client is offering an excellent salary of £23,300 per annum. Please note this position is based on a 12-Month contract.
