Our client is looking for an HR Administrator on a permanent basis to start as soon as possible within the Human Resources team.
As a Human Resources Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for HR related queries, you will liaise with Payroll to ensure the timely and accurate transfer of information as well as compiling reports and spreadsheets.
The HR Administrator position is based in the Welwyn office, you will be supporting a team of managers, business partners and the Head of HR.
You will also help with the recruitment process, liaising with Line managers, Recruitment agencies and other web-based job sites.
We are looking for an individual who has worked within HR administration before and who understands that working within human resources requires a diplomatic nature.
In addition, you will be organised and have excellent attention to detail, a proactive attitude to work and be a strong communicator both verbally and in writing.
