Hooray are proud to be working exclusively with an established care provider in Cheltenham to recruit for a HR Advisor. My client is looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis.
As a HR Advisor you will provide generalist HR Support to the operational leaders and managers. Your primary tasks will involve, recruitment processes, disciplinary and grievance processes, management of sickness/absence, supporting orientation and on-boarding processes as well as case work and low-level restructures.
To be successful you will be CIPD qualified to full member status or at least 5 years equivalent HR experience. You will need experience of working within a similar role, knowledge of current employment legislation and be able to work in partnership with a range of stakeholders including managers, employees, and external partners.
This is a permanent position, offering from 30-37 hours a week (Mon-Fri) with an excellent salary from £30,000 – £33,000 dependent on experience on offer.
