HR Advisor (Full or Part Time)
Do you have a CIPD level 3 minimum? Are you looking to step up into an HR Advisor role or do you already have some experience as an HR Advisor?
Our client, an established business near Stroud with an excellent benefits package, is looking for an HR Advisor on a permanent basis (full or part time) to start in September or before if the individual is available.
Based mostly in the office near Stroud, some remote working will be on offer although the role will be mostly office based.
The HR Advisor will be advising on employee relations, managing HR projects, undertaking recruitment related duties, advising on HR policy, and manage leaver and starter processes.
In addition you will be the first point of contact for the HR team and be undertaking a range of administrative duties for the department.
For the HR Advisor we are looking for an HR graduate or an individual with a minimum of CIPD at level 3. The successful candidate will be very good at using their own initiative, enjoy managing their own workload and be articulate, confident and passionate about HR.
Additionally, you will be resilient, trustworthy and equally happy completing administration tasks as well as advising on HR matters.
