HR Business Partner
Are you experienced in managing the TUPE out process? Do you have previous Union’s experience? Are you passionate about Employee Relations?

Hooray are working alongside an established provider of commercial waste management and recycling services to assist in the recruitment for a HRBP on a 3-month fixed term contract, with a view to going permanent.
As a HRBP you will deliver people management strategies, supporting the business area objectives. You will identify HR priorities and recommend appropriate people management solutions which support the aims of the business.
A key aspect of this role will be supporting management and employees on all aspects of people management, coaching and challenging managers in the application of HR policies and procedures where necessary.
Another key aspect of the role will be ensuring that TUPE processes are carried out as thoroughly and efficiently as possible. So prior experience within this is essential.
To be successful, you will have a proven track record of operating as a HRBP within a similar environment, have broad HR generalist experience with the ability to coach managers on areas such as resourcing, performance management and learning and development.
Due to the nature of this post, the successful post holder will be remote based with regular travel across the UK.
In return, my client is offering an excellent salary of 35-40K depending on experience, plus a company car and fuel expenses.
