HR Business Partner

Hooray are proud to be recruiting on behalf of a local organisation to assist in the recruitment for a HR Business Partner on a 12 month contract.
As a HR Business Partner you will support the new operating model by building credible working relationships with senior managers and develop a sound understanding of the service/s direction.
You will play a pivotal role in business development, including driving the delivery of change programmes. You will also act as a HR Consultant for senior managers working as part of a programme/ project boards by assisting and advising on:
– Employment implications
– Developing the workforce
– Improving performance
– Implementing HR strategies and solutions
In order to be successful within the role, you will need to be a Chartered Member of the CIPD, educated to Degree level and ideally hold a business/management relevant qualification.
We are offering an hourly rate of £25 per hour. Please note, due to current restrictions, you will be required to work remotely and once restrictions are eased you will not be required in the office full time.
