Insurance Account Handler

Our client, based in Gloucester city centre are looking for an Account Handler to join their expanding team to service and grow their client base.
The main duties will include dealing with existing and new policy holders, providing quotes and policy information confidently and compliantly, at all times adhering to FCA and ICOBS requirements. The position will involve regular contact with clients, ensuring their insurance requirements are met and midterm adjustments are executed swiftly and compliantly.
Our ideal candidate will have a solid background in a similar role, ideally holding Cert CII or prepared to work towards this. Previous experience within an insurance broker is preferred, with a good knowledge of the practices of General Insurance. You must have good organisational skills to apply for this role, with experience of using Microsoft Office and excellent communication skills.
