Our client, a thriving education and training provider specialising in the digital and tech space, is looking for a driven and articulate Learning and Development Representative on a permanent basis to start as soon as possible.
Please note the client will look at varying degrees of experience, however an interest in technical education will need to be evident on any applications.
The offered salary will be reflective of the skills and experience in relation to this vacancy.

Predominantly working from home and being field based when restrictions ease, the role will require occasional visits to the offices in either Worcester or Birmingham.

As the Learning and Development Representative you will be responsible for business development within new and existing accounts and promoting training, upskilling and learning services, specifically within the digital and tech space.

Building rapport with carefully selected clients in the West or South Midlands you will be advising on funding opportunities and preparing bespoke packages for individual clients. Using careful questioning you will identify needs in order to provide tailored solutions to a broad range of prospect clients
Completing accurate administration and compliance in relation to each client are also part of this varied and challenging role.

We are looking for passionate, engaging, and driven individuals who want to make a difference. In addition, we are looking for individuals with demonstrable experience in B2B sales or account management who possess excellent attention to detail. Self-motivation, organisation and tenacity are essential to be successful in this exciting role and a willingness to take ownership and develop business in a consultative and intelligent way are key to making a success of this opportunity.

Candidates must be very strong administrators with competency on Word, Excel and in-house systems and will have a sound education which could be vocational. Individuals who have undertaken apprenticeships are of particular interest. Experience within the education sector is ideal but by no means essential; more importantly is commitment, drive and an ability to think outside of the box.
An interest in the digital and tech space is required to be successful in this post.
