Are you an experienced Lettings Co-ordinator or Lettings Administrator? Would you like to work for one of Gloucestershire’s most reputable Estate Agency’s?

Our client, an established and highly professional Sales and Lettings Agency is looking for an experienced Lettings Administrator to join them on a full time, permanent basis.

Based in Cheltenham, as a Lettings Administrator, you will be looking after the paperwork and administration for each let – from contracts and referencing through to check-in and check-out. You will need to have a good understanding of the relevant legal requirements within the industry, and be highly organised to ensure everything is managed and completed to tight timescales and deadlines.

We are looking for a competent and professional Lettings Administrator who has demonstrable experience within lettings or property coordination or administration.

Our ideal candidate will be highly organised and efficient with high levels of I.T literacy and strong numerical skills. In addition, we are looking for articulate, professional individuals with significant office administration experience who have worked in fast paced roles.
