Our client, a highly regarded family owned business with high spec offices in Quedgeley is looking for an Office Administrator to start on a permanent basis in February.

Reporting to the Head of Operations the post-holder will be organising travel, supporting on events and training, covering reception and supporting on HR. In addition, you will be supporting on internal communications and undertaking a wide variety of administrative tasks.

We are looking for a strong administrator with significant and proven experience of working in a professional office environment.

Demonstrable customer service skills are essential as is the ability to work on a variety of systems.
