Our client, a thriving SME is looking for an Office Manager with experience of day to day staff management for an exciting and very varied role.
Reporting to the Senior Leadership team, the post-holder will be fulfilling day to day staff management duties such as monitoring attendance and performance management, delivering targets, team leadership and being the first of contact for a busy office environment for internal and external queries. In addition, you will be maintaining HR systems, processing expenses, arranging and undertaking audits, screening calls and taking messages, minuting of meetings and general administration. There will also be some PA duties to fulfil for senior leadership.
We are looking for a candidate who can clearly demonstrate significant experience as either an Office Manager of Office Coordinator within a thriving business to business environment. Our ideal applicant will be able to deal with a variety of tasks in a fast paced environment and be confident when dealing with internal employees and external clients. This role would suit someone who is looking for the next step in their administration career and wants to be part of an exciting and progressive company.
