Our client, a growing entrepreneurial professional services organisation, require a PA/Office Coordinator to join their boutique office on a full time and permanent basis to support the team and manage client portfolios. The role will be varied and involve both liaison with colleagues and clients. Duties will include, although not limited to diary management, general administration, issuing letters and documentation, following up with clients and organising meetings and the paperwork required for them to take place.

Our ideal candidate will have a solid background within Financial Services, with strong administration and organisational skills. We are looking for someone who puts the customer at the very heart of everything they do, ensuring that they are listened to and given a response to any queries in a timely and efficient manner.
