Our client, a professional services business which has been in operation for over 30 years has built an impressive reputation for delivering an exceptional service to clients across the Cotswolds and London. Working closely with and supporting the Managing Director, you will ensure the office runs efficiently and smoothly. The role is very varied and you will be involved in managing reception, carrying out secretarial duties, as well as overseeing HR, facilities and marketing administration.
For the role of PA / Office Manager, we are looking for someone who is organised and can multi-task continuously, someone with exceptional attention to detail and someone who loves being part of a busy team. HR administration experience would be a bonus but a commitment to complete discretion and client confidentiality is essential.
