Our client, a not for profit organisation with sites across Gloucestershire, is looking for a part time HR Coordinator on a permanent basis to work twenty hours a week on a flexible basis.

Working closely with the Chief Executive, the post holder will be responsible for recruitment, on-boarding, inductions and providing full support to line managers and staff across all functions.

As sole person for HR in the organisation, you will be streamlining processes and procedures and undertaking all administration for the HR department.

Based primarily in Cheltenham the role will see the individual visiting managers and staff across different sites across the county regularly.

We are looking for an experienced HR generalist who has demonstrable and in-depth expertise across areas of human resources. A CIPD qualification is ideal but not essential. In addition, our ideal candidate will have an empathy with the charity sector, and will be a strong administrator and highly efficient coordinator.

It is essential that you have the use of a car for this position.
