Hooray are proud to be supporting a local charity to assist in the recruitment for a Payroll Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis.
As a Payroll Assistant you will assist the Payroll Manager by maintaining accurate paper and electronic payroll records, administer company pension scheme. You will support the wider organisation, including colleges, subsidiary companies, and schools.
You will liaise with managers for missing information, collaborate with the HR department and administer the processing of new starters and leavers.
To be successful as a Payroll Assistant you will have previous experience of working within payroll or finance, be confident in managing a diverse workload and meeting strict deadlines. Ideally you will hold an AAT qualification, although this is not essential.
In return my client is offering a salary of up to £22,000 per annum pro rata. Please note, this is a part-time (28 hours a week) permanent opportunity.
