Supporting partners and fee earners, you will be working in a varied role which includes opening and closing of files, preparing correspondence, diary management, preparing documents for court, ID checks and helping with the monthly billing.
You will be proficient with Word, Excel etc, be detail oriented and organised so that you can manage deadlines. Knowledge of Land Registry and Case Management Systems would be useful as would previous experience of a Law firm (although candidates from other professional services backgrounds will be of interest).
Excellent communication skills are essential – you will be in regular communication with third parties as well as internal stakeholders such as other solicitors, clients and accounts departments regarding payments and receipts relating to client matters and producing invoices.
This is a great role for someone with previous experience as a secretary Any experience of Real Estate would be a plus but not essential.
